Having an English text translated to your standards is one thing, but then you have to prepare the translation for print, in most cases. This is not so straightforward: a translation is often 10-20 percent longer than the source text while you most likely will want to use only one layout for various language editions.

Our approach is different from most other translation agencies. We believe you should edit the text first – this is not the same as proofreading – not to the English word count, but to the English character count. This is not a matter of just cutting sentences or paragraphs away, as you don’t want to lose anything of the original message.

Multilingual typesetting requires a creative editorial mind and language knowledge. Without this it can be very compicated and rather confusing – in particular if you work with more than one language.

We cover the typesetting of most languages, including the ones with non-Roman script like Arabic. For languages where the text reads from right to left and back to front, like Arabic, we are able to adapt your English layout.
